How to Share Your SmartHeart® EKG with Your Physician

After completing your ECG exam with SmartHeart®, you can easily share your results directly with your physician or care team through the SmartHeart Pro app. This ensures they receive a complete, hospital-grade 12-lead ECG for review.

Step-by-Step: How to Share Your EKG Report

  1. Open the SmartHeart Pro App Launch the SmartHeart Pro app on your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Select your ECG From the home screen, tap “View ECG” to open your list of ECGs. Select the ECG report you’d like to share.
  3. Share Your ECG Report via Email Tap the mail icon in the top-right corner of the screen. You’ll be taken to a page where you can enter your recipient’s email address.
  4. Send to Your Physician or Care Team Enter your physician’s email address (or a care team contact) and tap Send. You can also choose from your previously used recipient list for faster sharing.

Important Notes

  • Each report includes the full EKG tracing and summary details.
  • Reports can be viewed and interpreted by any licensed healthcare provider.
  • For patient privacy, reports are securely generated and transmitted from within the SmartHeart Pro app.
